You must be at least 18 years of age to use Predica. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and meet all eligibility requirements. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you must connect a compatible Solana wallet. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and any associated credentials. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.

4. Prediction Markets

Predica operates prediction markets where users can buy and sell shares in the outcomes of future events. By participating in these markets, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Prediction markets involve financial risk, and you may lose some or all of your funds
• Past performance is not indicative of future results
• Market prices reflect crowd sentiment and may not accurately predict outcomes
• Resolution of markets is at the sole discretion of Predica based on verifiable information
• You will not manipulate markets or engage in fraudulent trading activities

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Market manipulation, wash trading, or other deceptive trading practices
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or gain unfair advantages
• Attempting to interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform
• Using automated systems or bots without explicit authorization
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Sharing false or misleading information to influence market outcomes

6. Fees and Payments

Predica may charge fees for certain transactions on the Platform. All fees will be clearly disclosed before you complete a transaction. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any network transaction fees (gas fees) associated with blockchain transactions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Predica and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PREDICA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Predica and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
